The Denver Zoo’s newborn polar bear cubs, Koda and Nuka, have opened their eyes. Now six weeks old, the cubs now weigh about 9 pounds and are 18 inches long. The cubs were born early on Thanksgiving morning. Zoo visitors can watch the newborn polar bear cubs on closed-circuit video monitors in the Northern Shores exhibit at Denver Zoo. A painfully cute picture of one of the cubs can be seen after the jump.
