Yet another…Solera’s Brian Klinginsmith (co-owner/manager/partner/wine guy) is packing up and moving to California. Like Adega’s Chris Farnum, he’s trading in wine for a new venture: real estate. But, he’s not washing his hands of grapes entirely–Klinginsmith will still consult for private buyers in Denver and elsewhere. He’ll be at Solera through the end of April, at which point Tim Daughters (who’s worked under Klinginsmith for two years) will take over the wine list. 5410 E. Colfax Ave., 303-388-8429.

Despite the neon sign remaining in the window, Seoul Food, Capitol Hill’s landmark Korean restaurant, has closed its doors. New owners opened Uoki Food last week–Uoki means happy fish in Japanese, and the menu is now a blend of Korean and Japanese cuisines. 701 E. Sixth Ave., 303-837-4380.

Use your noodle…Chow down on Denver-based Noodles & Company’s whole-grain Tuscan fettuccine, Bangkok curry, or Med salad and forget about the guilt. These fast but healthy choices (each boasts a low-calorie count, high-fiber count, and an abundance of vegetables) made a splash in the March 7th issue of People magazine’s Your Diet.

Your lucky number…Denver Restaurant Week–a seven-day celebration of Denver’s culinary scene where a fixed price of $52.80 bought two stellar dinners–has come and gone. Fortunately, two local restaurants aren’t ready to throw in the towel: Randolph’s Restaurant and Bar (contemporary cuisine) and 1515 Restaurant (high-end American) will continue to honor the $52.80 Restaurant Week price tag. Special runs through April 2 at Randolph’s and until June 1 at 1515 Restaurant. Randolph’s, 1776 Grant St., 303-318-7272; 1515 Restaurant, 1515 Market St., 303-571-0011.
