ART

What: In another one of its characteristically off-beat artistic pairings, The Lab at Belmar offers Silent Films and Bedroom Paintings, an exhibit dedicated to exposing different sources of wonderment.

Bonus: Pair your visit with The Lab’s summertime Thursday night Mixed Taste events, where two local experts come together to discuss seemingly unrelated topics (think tamales and literary memoirs).

Details: Through Aug 31. Tue-Sat noon-6 p.m.; Sun noon-5 p.m. The Lab at Belmar, 404 S. Upham St., Lakewood. Free with paid admission. For more information, call 303-934-1777 or visit www.belmarlab.org.
