Low-fat and low-cal items have become commonplace in restaurants. But are they really what they claim? A group of TV stations in eight cities recently tested “healthy” entrees from a variety of chain restaurants.

You know where this is headed, right?

Among the worst offenders was Chili’s “Guiltless Chicken Platter,” which promises just 580 calories and 9 grams of fat. According to the lab tests, the truth is 627 calories and a heart-busting 32.5 grams of fat.
