We already love Green Fine Salad Co. for its fresh and creative salad offerings, but with “hand-helds” we have another reason to visit. The company has gone Chipotle by wrapping salad ingredients in a griddled tortilla, and the result is a portable, burrito-like meal that redefines lunch. (My favorite combo is the Chef Jam with romaine, asparagus, roasted cauliflower and beets, grilled portabellos, carrots, and candied pecans).
