For this night only, Zolo chef Rob Rosser has created a four-course menu to match Avery’s brews. The salad combines spinach, pineapple, and fried crab; the entrÃ©e dishes up a succulent bacon-wrapped pork chop; and dessert roasts honey into a sweet crÃ¨me brÃ»lÃ©e. Each of the well-crafted courses includes two beer pairings and reminds diners just why Boulder food and drink have developed a national reputation.
