If you’re like me, the only way to make it through holiday shopping is to stay well fueled, which is why I’ve already scouted the Doc Popcorn counters at Cherry Creek Mall, FlatIron Crossing, and Northfield.

The Boulder-based snack is trans-fat and cholesterol free and made with natural and organic ingredients. And I like that the 11 homegrown flavors–including “klassic” kettle, sinfully cinnamon, and salt-and-pepper–are freshly popped on the premises each day. Try mixing flavors. My favorite combo is hoppin’ jalapeño and cheesy, triple-white cheddar.
