chazzSeeing one man act out 18 roles in a single play is reason enough to book tickets to a theater performance. But when that one man is Chazz Palminteri, Academy Award nominee for Woody Allen’s Bullets Over Broadway, and the show is A Bronx Tale, hot off a Broadway run–well, it becomes a must-see.

Palminteri will be in town through Father’s Day performing the semi-autobiographical piece he wrote about growing up in the Bronx during the 1960s. The show, which is laced with comedy and vivid descriptions of blue-collar life, touches on some hard-hitting issues like murder and interracial dating, while championing hard-working Italian-American men of the 20th century.

Through June 21. Tue-Fri 8 p.m.; Sat 2 p.m., 8 p.m.; Sun 2 p.m., 7:30 p.m.
