marcus00Timothy Boham, convicted yesterday for killing his boss and former sexual partner, is expected to spend the rest of his life in prison without parole after his lawyers failed to convince a jury that the victim, Denver businessman J.P. Kelso, committed suicide in a life-insurance scam. That’s according to The Denver Post, which reports that Kelso, who owned a debt-collection agency where Boham had worked on two occasions, paid Boham, a former gay-porn star known as Marcus Allen, for a sexual encounter in 2005–about a year before the November 13, 2006 shooting at Kelso’s Seventh Avenue Parkway home. Boham didn’t get the big bucks he had hoped for. He confessed to his sister and then again during a police interrogation, and will be formally sentenced today, according to 7News.
