The answer remains unclear, but the Bleacher Report speculates that the gritty defender, known for getting under the skin of opposing teams’ best players, could be packaged with backup point guard Anthony Carter, and with the Nuggets’ first-round draft pick, in order for the Nuggets to move up and select Jonny Flynn, an athletic point guard out of Syracuse University.

Flynn is only 6-feet tall, which is short by National Basketball Association standards, but he makes up for it with quickness, ball-handling skills, and intelligence, according to Draft Express. He seems like an ideal young point guard to bring in under point guard Chauncey Billups, consistently noted as one of the best all-around point guards in the league.

In other Nuggets news, team radio announcer Jerry Schemmel is the new voice of the Colorado State University Rams, according to the Fort Collins Coloradoan. Schemmel will still call Nuggets games, but his primary role will be as play-by-play radio announcer for the CSU football and men’s basketball programs. He’s taking over for the late Rich Bircumshaw, who died in April following a stroke.
