swingTonight the Decibelle Music and Cultural Festival, a nonprofit that showcases emerging female artists, is hosting a WWII-style ball at the Boulder airport–and a 10-piece big band, barbershop chorus, and swing-dance floor promise to take you back in time.

Guests will enter a transformed hangar, where the Joe Peterson Dance Orchestra, accompanied by the Andrews Sisters Singers, will play tunes under the nose of a B-25 bomber. Brandy Dew will perform an aerial act from the ceiling, and on the floor below, two swing groups will show off their old-fashioned moves and teach lessons.

Sat, Jun 13. 6 p.m.-midnight.
