It was Groundhog Day again at stage 11 of the 2009 Tour de France: Another flat stage, another win for Columbia-HTC’s Mark Cavendish, who now has notched four victories in this year’s race. Garmin-Slipstream’s Tyler Farrar—one of the only men who’s actually beaten Cav this year—finished a close second on the 119-mile stage from Vatan to Saint-Fargeau.

Tomorrow’s another flat stage before the race hits some substantial climbs on Friday as the peloton heads toward the Alps. The safe money’s on yet another win for Cavendish.
