I’m always on the hunt for tasty morning eats, and the Tattered Cover‘s breakfast sandwich is my latest find.

A co-worker turned me on to the vegetarian “TC Muffin,” which comes loaded with spinach, artichoke hearts, onions, red and green peppers, cucumber, melted Cheddar, and a medium-cooked egg on an English muffin. While I wish the muffin were toasted, I can’t complain about the price: $2.25.

Pair with a cappuccino for a chipper start to the day.
