Beyond the debates over Blucifer and Anubis, Denver International Airport fares well—perhaps the best in the United States. That’s according to Executive Travel magazine, which has named DIA the top airport in the nation for the third year in a row (via the Denver Business Journal). Denver lands the gold, while Los Angeles International Airport takes the silver, and New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport brings in the bronze. DIA has now done very well for a total of five years, finishing second in 2007 and 2006. Internationally, however, Seoul-Incheon International Airport in Korea has been deemed the best, followed by Hong Kong International Airport, and Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. DIA’s traffic is also increasing: Officials are expecting a record year, reports KUNC radio.
