While Jonesy’s EatBar is best known for its monstrous bowls of fries (try them drizzled with balsamic reduction and sprinkled with goat cheese), don’t overlook chef Brendan Doyle’s Nepalese curry samosas. The fat, flaky pastries are jammed with a spicy mix of chunky potatoes, fresh cilantro, and slivered onions. Allow the packages to cool a bit before dipping them into the two sauces that come alongside (they change daily, but a recent favorite was the cilantro-mint). The bar snack comes with two samosas (perfect for sharing) and pairs especially well with a pint of Fat Tire.
