Good Seats Still Available

Want to live the high life in Denver? It’ll cost you.

By |

Soaring 45 stories above lodo, the Four Seasons Private Residences complex has some of the best views in Denver and, unsurprisingly, some of the highest prices. Therein lies the problem: Since opening last October, just over a quarter of the 102 exclusive apartments (floors 18 to 45), have sold. It seems that even people who might be able to afford all the amenities of a dream vacation stay in their daily lives are saying no to luxury apartments. Sure, prices might come down if demand continues to lag, but with some 6,000-square-foot units on the 36th floor going for more than $5 million each, there’s still a long way to fall.
