During warmer months, refreshing Moscow Mules are my drink of choice. But when winter rolls around, my cocktail tendencies lean more toward whiskey. So, on a recent chilly night, I was pleasantly surprised to discover heft in Coohills‘ Goodnight Ginger. For this riff on the traditional Mule, Square One Basil Vodka, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, agave nectar, and Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur meld together for a savory, spicy cocktail that stands up to the frigid temperatures.

Tip: Order the drink during cocktail hour (weekdays, 2:30–6:30 p.m.) when it’s only $5 ($9 regularly), and pair it with one of the four pizza options.
