The days are getting shorter and school is fast approaching, but don’t mourn the end of summer just yet. Labor Day is still ahead and there’s plenty of time to fire up the grill for a family-size feast. Marinate a juicy rack of ribs in Boulder-based Motherlode Provisions’ Rocky Mountain Style Barbecue Sauce, pick up some Olathe sweet corn—try grilling it, husk and all—and head outside for a barbecue. Or pack it all up for a picnic in the park (don’t forget the napkins). Then sit back with your favorite beverage and watch the stars come out. That’s a recipe for a fine summer’s night.
