With local business collaborations popping up left and right, it’s hard to deny the heightened sense of camaraderie around town. Chipotle Mexican Grill sought out Great Divide Brewery to craft a signature ale for the Cultivate Festival.

The Great Divide Chipotle Cultivate Farmhouse Ale is an irresistable saison, rivaling the brewery’s iconic Colette. Finished with black peppercorn and sweet orange peel—you’ll taste both tart and peppery notes that complement Chipotle’s fresh Mexican fare, like the West coast mainstay: sofritas. The braised tofu tacos are made with roasted poblano peppers and aromatic spices, beckoning vegetarians and meat lovers alike.

Head to City Park 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. to attend this free event and meet Chipotle’s partners—a collective of local farmers, chefs, and artisan food vendors—who are all working toward a more sustainable food culture; bridging the gap between farm and table.

Watch this: A cooking demonstration by executive chef Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson, chef and co-owner of Boulder’s Frasca Food and Wine, and the team of Cure Organic Farm.

Don’t miss these local eats: The Real Dill’s jalapeno honey dill pickle and Lix Stix’s organic Minted Watermelon popsicle.
