The beer fest might have led to a lot of food, some inebriated dancing, or even a drunken tattoo. Now, you can do all that over again. But this time, sober and to help your community.

Feed: Project Angel Heart wants you to eat pie this Thanksgiving. But not just because pie is delicious. Each pie you buy also provides five meals for Coloradans facing life-threatening illnesses. If Grandma won’t let a Thanksgiving pass with any pies but hers on the table, you can also sign up to be a seller to help raise funds. Sales start October 15, and pies will be ready for pickup November 26.

Rise up: The flood might seem like a distant memory to those not directly affected, but plenty still need help. Flagstaff Rising provides a fun way for you and your fam to get involved. This Sunday, enjoy an afternoon of live music from Retrosonics, food, and kid-friendly activities for a $10 donation. All proceeds go directly to Coloradans displaced by the floods.

Get down: Not looking for an event for kids, but still want to help with the flood? Neighbors Helping Neighbors is also raising money for displaced families. The benefit concert at the Budweiser Events Center Thursday features national country acts such as Andy Griggs, Trick Pony, Jamie O’Neal, and Billy Dean, and local performers will join them onstage with the goal of raising $100,000 for the evening.

Cruise: Like bikes? Want to be awesome? The answer to both, of course, is yes. Cruiser Rocks is a casual bike ride turned block party in Washington Park and surrounding dive bars. Play games, drink beer, ride bikes, win prizes, and, most important, raise money for Love Hope Strength, which helps build cancer centers, register marrow donors, and other essential aspects of fighting the disease. The party starts at Pub on Pearl, and it progresses to undisclosed locations from there.

Rebel: Not all charitable commitments are created equal. Some, such as the Save a Fallen Owl Benefit, last forever. Wear your charity on your sleeve with an owl tattoo from Fallen Owl Tattoo Studio. Proceeds from each owl tattoo inked on Sunday go to Nature’s Educators, an organization dedicated to the preservation of raptors and reptiles. If that kind of commitment is a bit much, you could always just donate money directly.
