Get it together, Fort Collins. You’re drunk.

The college town to Denver’s north might be a great place to hang out, but the folks from the website Bustle.com seem to think its residents might be spending a bit too much time at the bars. How much? Well, the site ranked Fort Collins as the fourth-“drunkest” city in the United States.

Yay?

The site analyzed data released this year by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention that attempted to quantify binge and heavy drinking across the country. As Bustle says, the CDC “defines binge drinking as five or more alcoholic drinks for men or four or more for women in ‘one occasion.'” Heavy drinking “means more than one drink per day for women and two for men.”

But fear not, drunkards. Just because you might get a little bingy on the weekends doesn’t necessarily mean you’re an alcoholic. The CDC says in a report this month that 38 million Americans drink too much, but that “most are not alcoholics.” Still, the numbers are (no pun intended) sobering: According to the data, 26.4 percent of Fort Collins residents are “heavy” drinkers and another 9.3 percent fall into the “binge” category.

While Fort Collins comes in at No. 4 on the drunkest list, it still falls behind Fargo, North Dakota, Columbus, Nebraska, and Missoula, Montana. For the full list, go here.
