After this weekend’s disastrous Super Bowl performance, we’re all looking to drown our sorrows a little bit. Fortunately, our Colorado cocktail competition lets you accomplish that and still support the home team.
In our February “Top Shelf” feature about Colorado’s booming craft spirit scene, we asked three of the city’s top bartenders—Colt & Gray’s Kevin Burke, Acorn’s Alexandra Parks, and William & Graham’s Sean Kenyon—to create a drink worthy of the title “Colorado State Cocktail.” You can see the whiskey-heavy results for yourself in these three videos—then vote for your favorite one by the end of the month. We’ll announce the winner on February 28.
