Last week, a couple of big beer guys—the head brewers of Wonderland Brewing Company and Wynkoop Brewing Company, to be exact—got together to co-create a German style of beer called a Berliner Weiss. The collaborative act is one of many happening across the state this month for the Collaboration Festival, an exposé of more than 20 beers that result from partnerships among breweries throughout the state. The big event, which takes place March 22, is part of the Lovibond Series, a slew of beer-related events and festivals organized by the Colorado Brewers Guild and Imbibe Denver.
