1. Pour 1 ½ cups organic rice milk or almond milk into a blender. Add ½ cup frozen organic blueberries, 3 tablespoons Noosa honey yogurt,* 1 tablespoon Justin’s maple almond butter,* 2 tablespoons organic hemp protein powder, 1 tablespoon Inner-eco probiotic coconut kefir,* and 1 ½ cups Ollin Farms baby kale.*

2. Pulse several times to mix. Then blend on high speed for approximately 1 minute or until desired texture is achieved.

3. Pour into a glass and garnish with local bee pollen and Purely Elizabeth blueberry hemp ancient grain granola.*

*Specific brands are not required, although Asher recommends using local and organic ingredients when possible.
