With tonight marking the start of the 11th Annual Boulder International Film Festival, the Front Range is slowly but surely asserting itself as a film mecca. The festival, happening March 5–8 at various locations in Boulder, will showcase more than 30 original films by both up-and-coming and veteran filmmakers. Inspired by the subject matter covered in this year’s closing night film, Racing Extinction, the topic of the festival is Lights, Camera, Climate Action.
