$3,000,000

Amount recently awarded to Boulder’s Bhakti Chai, the first recipient of investment dollars from the Colorado Impact Fund. Launched in 2014, the private equity fund is devoted to helping grow Colorado companies, especially those with positive impacts on their communities. Bhakti’s fresh chai is organic, certified fair trade, and GMO-free, and the eight-year-old company uses sustainable packaging and adheres to zero-waste principles in its manufacturing.
