Tom Cunanan x James Gnizak Dinner
Not only does this eight-course omakase meal take inspiration from around the globe, the masterminds behind the menu are from different sides of the country. James Gnizak of RiNo’s Koko Ni will host James Beard Award–winning chef Tom Cunanan who is visiting the Mile High City from his typical digs in Washington, D.C. The diverse gastronomic lineup includes lobster ravioli, tuna sashimi, oxtail, and black bass. March 26–28; seatings 5–9:30 p.m.; $150 per person, $75 additional for beverage pairings

Reese’s Book Club at Sheraton Denver Downtown
Although Reese Witherspoon herself wasn’t available to host this literary meetup centered around her book-of-the-month picks, you’ll still get to rub elbows with fellow-minded Mile High City bookworms—which we think is just as exciting. Each month, bibliophiles will gather in the Sheraton Denver Downtown’s newly renovated lobby to gab about the most recent read—this month’s pick is Anita de Monte Laughs Last by Xochitl Gonzalez—and enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks. Starting March 27; 5–7 p.m.; free, register here

Artificial Intelligently with Invisible City
If you’re still writing your own work emails and scheduling your own doctor’s appointments, welcome to the 21st century; we have robots for that now. Invisible City co-founder and CEO Kyle Shannon invites tech-curious Denverites to attend this crash course in artificial intelligence at the Ramble Hotel. Don’t worry, you don’t need the mind of Elon Musk to make the most of this master class. Shannon, a generative AI expert, will teach guests of all skill levels about AI tools like ChatGPT and how they can be used to level up their work and personal lives. March 27; 7–10 p.m.; free for Invisible City members, $25 for nonmembers

Bowl of ’Zole
Pozole—the unsung hero of Mexican cuisine that’s typically made of hominy and pork—finally gets its due at this popular foodie fest. Stave off the lingering spring chill with more than 15 iterations of the warm stew from local chefs such as Antonio Tevillo of Tamayo, Amos Watts of the Fifth String, and David Lopez of El Chingon Bistro. And, because drink pairings are almost as important as the main dish, there will be more than 100 types of alcoholic beverages to wash your meal down with—from well-known tequila and mezcal brands to traditional raicilla and sotol. March 28; 5–9 p.m.; $65–$85

Egg Hunt at Four Mile Park

More than 30,000 Easter eggs are hidden around Four Mile Park for this spring celebration, which is sure to keep your kids occupied long enough for you to down a Bloody Mary from the venue’s bar, snag an artisan-made ware from the marketplace, or get a bite to eat at the lineup of food trucks. If the little ones have short attention spans, usher them through the rest of the attractions, which include a magic show, a Victorian egg-rolling contest, a bunny meet-and-greet, and crafts. March 30; 8:30 a.m. & 1:30 p.m.; $15–$32

Two Truths & a Lie Mixology Experience
Forgo your typical April Fools’ Day shenanigans (see: rubber band on the sink sprayer, whoopie cushions, prank calls) for this lighthearted cocktail-making class. Mixologists from B&GC will teach students how to make three original tipples. The catch? One of them is a mocktail. While sippers try to deduce which drink is sans-alcohol, they can enjoy a small menu of light bites. April 1; 6–7:30 p.m. & 8–9:30 p.m.; $45 per person
