The Denver restaurant revolution is well underway. We’re a city that favors relaxed over formal, and although there will always be a time and place for the white-tablecloth experience, more diners are seeking—and finding—fine-dining elements in more casual spaces. One thing is for sure: There’s never been a better time to be a foodie in the Mile High City.
