Dining Out for Life
Not only does this 30-year-old fundraiser help Coloradans living with severe illnesses—it’s also a perfect excuse to eat out (or get take-out!) this Thursday. Project Angel Heart has teamed up with dozens of restaurants across the metro area, which will donate 25 percent of your check to the nonprofit. So, don’t feel any guilt when you rack up a tab at Lowry Beer Garden, nosh on enchiladas at Que Bueno Suerte!, or sip on chilly granitas at Stoic and Genuine. April 18; times vary; prices vary

Dark Side of the Moon Featuring Members of Pink Floyd and Eminence Ensemble
Pink Floyd’s groundbreaking Dark Side of the Moon was released more than 50 years ago, but old-soul Denverites will have the chance to hear the classic album played live—by a member of the band—during this show. Guitarist Scott Page and Colorado-based, seven-piece band Eminence Ensemble will perform hits like “Money” and “Breathe (In the Air).” April 19; 8 p.m.; $25

Barroom Blitz
It’s not often that a bar encourages fighting on its premises. But, this hardcore music-meets-wrestling show isn’t your normal Friday night gathering. Boisterous partiers can glug beers, watch Denver-based bands Eyes of Salt and SewerSlide perform their hardcore hits, and settle in for the highlight of the night: a lineup of brawling pro wrestlers like Peter Avalon and Matthew Justice. April 19; 8 p.m.; $20–$30

Bicycle Day at Meow Wolf
If you live in the Centennial State, you almost certainly know about 4/20, the annual celebration of marijuana. Its cousin, Bicycle Day—which celebrates the first recorded LSD trip by its inventor Alfred Hoffman—is less infamous. Meow Wolf and PORTAL (Partnership of Responsible Trippers Advocating for Legislation) will mark the psychedelic occasion with a lineup of musicians, including electro-pop artist Emily Rowed and DJ Vivian Koch, magic by James Lopez, guided meditations, and sound healing sessions. April 19; 10 p.m.; PORTAL membership ($66) required, event free with membership
