Starting on Sunday, October 16, EatDenver will once again put on five nights of chef-driven, pop-up dinner events at the Growhaus for Harvest Week. Each evening of Harvest Week features four courses on a distinct theme, from Spanish food (already sold out) to Southeast Asian vegetarian to the Southern U.S. The meals are prepared collaboratively by many well-known players in Denver’s independent scene, including Beatrice & Woodsley, Biju’s Little Curry Shop, The Way Back, Mister Tuna, and many more. The experience brings elevated fare into a relaxed, social setting—guests sit at long community tables in the greenhouse where they mingle with new friends and feast on dishes such as foraged mushroom larb and spiced lamb with sweet pea samosa.
As part of your $75 ticket, you’ll also get to sip on plenty of local booze (think: tipples from Distillery 291, beer from Ratio Beer Works, and vino from the Winery at Holy Cross).
Proceeds from the events benefit EatDenver, a nonprofit organization that promotes and supports Denver’s independent restaurant scene, and the Growhaus, a nonprofit indoor farm and education center in the Elyria-Swansea neighborhood,.
Tickets are selling out quickly, be sure to get yours here.
