The pies (pictured) are huge at Slice Works Pizza, which is probably why most diners order by the slice. No matter how you order at this Colfax Avenue eatery, don’t miss the baked potato pizza. The indulgent combination layers ranch, potato rounds, onions, bacon, and mozzarella. Slightly smoky, each bite is supremely satisfying in a loaded potato skins kind of way. Purists might turn up their nose, but that just means more for me.
