Score one—well, actually two—for Colorado. Two of our fair state’s towns are listed among Money Magazine’s “best places to live” in a new report.

Louisville (at No. 2) and Parker (at No. 12) were each cited for economic viability and housing appreciation. Louisville, a two-time No. 1 on the Money list in the past, is also noted for “its place in the technology-rich Denver-Boulder corridor” that “has kept the job outlook solid.” Parker, despite an earlier downturn in housing during the economic crash, has rebounded nicely, the magazine says: New construction in the town is up and Parker is cited for its performing arts center, its water park, and its 30-minute drive to downtown.

Only Massachusetts—with three towns—had more communities on the top 15 list. Castle Pines is listed as No. 17 on Money’s top-earning towns.
