Clips Beer & Film Tour: Salute to 1991—the year New Belgium Brewery launched—with 11 beer samples, including New Belgium’s Lips of Faith varieties, and a selection of short films. All beer sales from this event, which is one of many Clips hosts throughout the year, will benefit Community Cycles, which repairs, refurbishes, and recycles donated bikes. Breckenridge Brewery’s Hootenanny: Celebrate 26 years of Breckenridge Brewery with a full day of music, dancing, and fundraising for Conscious Alliance, a nonprofit focused on providing communities in crisis with hunger relief. Big Head Todd and the Monsters, Robert Randolph and the Family Band, Larry and Jenny Keel, and Head for the Hills will own the main stage, while Zolopht, Grant Farm, and Sweet Lillies command the Beer Garden Stage. Chip in for Children Golf Tournament: Although the competition includes professional athletes, this golf tournament is anyone’s game. Go up against former Denver Broncos players Billy Thompson and Ron Egloff as well as players from the Kansas City Chiefs, the Denver Nuggets, and the Colorado Avalanche in this tournament benefitting Children’s Hospital Colorado. By putting with celebrities, bidding on your favorite auction item, or attending the benefit dinner, there are many options to help the Pikes Peak Chapter of the Association of Volunteers at Children’s Hospital.
