Bill Bowser (above) spent 43 years repossessing cars in Colorado and in ‘89 turned his passion for cars into a restoration and furniture business. Bowser’s ‘28 Ford Model A was one of over 50 classic cars on display at the Finish Line Car Show in Littleton.

After 69 years, the ski train that traveled to Winter Park from Union Station is no more, The Denver Post reports. The train operation will be purchased for an undisclosed amount by Algoma Central Railway Inc., a subsidiary of the Canadian National Railway Co.
A spokesman for the Anschutz Co. says the sale is based on a “combination” of reasons, adding that it is “common knowledge that the train consistently lost money in its operation, yet profitability never really was the driving issue” behind the sale, the spokesman says. It was just something the company “wanted to do.”
