Denver Oyster Urban Adventure Race — Aug. 20
Called the “Rocky Mountain Ball Buster” this competition through Denver’s wild cityscape is a bit like the Amazing Race meets Eco Challenge meets Cherry Creek bike path. Imagine: You and your teammates run, bike, raft, in-line skate, trek, and navigate almost 50 miles of terrain in your race to the finish line. Proceeds benefit Special Olympics Colorado. Saturday.
