CWIM Signs Off

Say goodbye to the Colorado Women In Music association. Chair Rachel Simring posted a sad note today that the web site will remain as a message board, but due to poor attendance at meetings and a seeming lack of interest and resources, she's officially called it quits for the actual group. The Denver music scene has always been vibrant but fragmented, and this seems to be another sympton of the lack of cooperation and overall sense of community for musicians here.
