If another evening of Monday Night Football ranks right up there with washing your cat, head down to Comedy Works for Comedy Couture tonight. It's a girlie-girl paradise, with trunk shows set up upstairs from local jewelry designers like Lauren Esther and Amy Kahn. Designers from the Fabric Lab on Colfax bring in their hand-screened tees, and local handbag designers and fun artists display their wares. Later, the party moves downstairs to the main room for a fashion show (tonight's is by Larimer Square shop Eve, with hair and makeup by El Salon in Cherry Creek) and of course, comedy. They always include at least one female comedian (natch) so all the girls can have a few inside jokes. Let the games begin.
