Girls Gone Wild

Every Thursday night, Mynt Mojito Lounge has a different take on the traditional girl's night out. Rather than just dinner on the town, or dancing at gal-pal magnets like Polly Esther's, (Thursdays are ladies' night at the disco palace) head to Mynt for a modern update on a classic concept. This version of girl's night out includes professional networking for businesswomen, including guest hostesses who will share their specific expertise with the group. It's not all business though. Gift bags from local salons will surely help lure us product whores, fashionistas can watch the latest runway shows on screen, and for the cocktailing crowd, the event falls conveniently in the middle of Mynt's lengthy 4-9p.m. happy hour. Your hostesses:
  • January 27, Stephanie Jerome, owner of Platinum Talent, modeling agency.
  • February 3, Gina Chavez Gilliam, founder of Chavez & Gilliam Advertising.
  • February 10, Michelle Beisner of the Dollhouse Revue dance troupe.
The events run from 5:30 to 7 p.m., which is early enough to head home at a decent weeknight hour, or to make it a great starting point for an all-nighter. Disco, anyone?
