Ask Me in the Morning
Here's one for the future-yarns-to-spin collection: I'm heading down to the unveiling of the latest "Extreme Makeover" candidate. I'll have the details tomorrow, but apparently it's a Denverite, because the unveiling is taking place tonight at the La Rumba nightclub. It's closed to the public, so I'll be trying to remain unobtrusive and keep the reporter-chick comments to a minimun.
Tune in tomorrow for the sordid account of the before-and-after.

Unfortunately, it was largely disappointing in the shock factor, since I only saw the "unveiling" part and never saw the before pictures. The girl looked good, and it was funny to watch her enter the room - FOUR times - and the crowd had to act surprised each time for different camera angles. But I suspect that when I watch the actual episode it will be interesting. I guess I was expecting more drama.
