Colorado Deports Mexican Wanted for Cop Killing

In a very smart move, Colorado authorities have deported a man accused of killing a Mexican policeman in Mexico. Colorado has flown him to California where he will be driven to Mexico and handed over to authorities. How can Mexico now refuse to turn over the suspect in the killing of Denver Detective Don Young?
