The progressive political organization ProgressNow.org is pushing a new product (say that three times fast) that they claim will help Democratic activists create and maintain websites and blogs. I don't fully understand the product without seeing it firsthand, but the idea is an interesting one in that it helps otherwise non-Internet savvy activists to get on the ol' information superhighway. This isn't a terribly novel idea from the blog standpoint, because plenty of companies already provide this, but by helping people plug into Democratic news and announcements more easily it could prove valuable.
