We'll Have a Recount When We Can Find Them

Secretary of State Gigi Dennis announced today that 10 counties in Colorado will be required to conduct a manual hand count of ballots from the elections earlier this month. The recount is not expected to change the results of Referenda C&D, but it could take awhile to complete. Bent County and Huerfano County are among those required to do a hand count, which is problematic because nobody knows where Bent and Huerfano counties are.
