... three course meal -- Aspen Salad, romaine lettuce topped with sun dried apples, figs, smoked bacon and crumbled blue cheese and a honey mustard viniagrette; Beef Wellington, beef tenderloin, wild mushroom duxelle baked in puff pastry, accompanied by cabernet sauvignon demi-glace and pearl roasted root vegetables; and a dessert of chocolate tea cups filled with white chocolate and blackberry swirl mousse with biscotti.
