Nacchio Trial: Day 6

I won't be at the Joe Nacchio trial until this afternoon. In the meantime, let's check out the reactions to yesterday's testimony of Robin Szeliga, who is back on the stand this morning for more cross-examination.

The Government has filed its response to the Defense motion to strike the testimony of witness Sally Anderson, a former Qwest employee, or grant a mistrial. Back to this morning: David Milstead reports that Qwest's lawyers have filed a motion seeking to assert Qwest's attorney-client privilege as a result of Herb Stern's cross-examination of Robin Szeliga.
