Esquire Magazine covers the U.S. Mayors' Conference in a 14-page photo spread in the September issue. Among those featured is Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper who gets an entire page to himself (pdf). What's he wearing? A suit by Armani, a shirt by Dolce and Gabbana and a tie by Prada. In addition to looking like a million bucks, he reveals some substance:

Not many can pull off dressing like a king while lamenting the plight of the homeless. Somehow, our Mayor pulls it off.
