Jesse Jackson to Speak in Denver This Weekend

Rev. Jesse Jackson, who has dominated the cable news since yesterday over his off-color remarks about Sen. Barack Obama, will speak at two events in Denver this weekend.
Jackson will speak Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Blair-Caldwell African American Research Library, 2401 Welton St. He will give a sermon at 11 a.m. Sunday at Friendship Baptist Church, 880 Fairfax St. The talks are sponsored by the Colorado Black Chamber of Commerce.
Jackson had a "hot mic" incident while appearing on Fox News.
Unaware that his microphone was on during a break for a Fox News program last Sunday, Jackson used a slang reference to wanting to cut off Obama's testicles. When he learned Wednesday that the Fox News program "The O'Reilly Factor" would air his comments that night, Jackson apologized for "hurtful and wrong" remarks.
Sen. Obama has accepted Jackson's apology.
