TIBI

The Gist: An Asian-influenced collection of dresses and separates. Featuring: Designer Amy Smilovic's spring collection consists of cheongsam dresses, mandarin-collar blouses, tulip skirts, harem pants, and tassel-tied obi belts, all in rich, jewel tones. The "It" Factor For Denver:

Although the harem pants, with their tremendous hip volume, are definitely tricky for most women, Smilovic's striped cheongsam dress is a look that could suit many more body types. It's also a more modern interpretation of her theme. A red gown in the finale looks positively glamorous. Look For It Next Spring At: Blush, 222 Steele Street, 303-399-7779; and Chelsea, 935 Pearl Street, Boulder, 303-447-3760. Visit our Fashion Week blog for more designers and Denver "it" factors.
