What: Tijuana's Nortec Collective blends traditional northern Mexican beats with electronica. Why: Rosario Dawson and Wilmer Valderamma rocked out to them at the Voto Latino Party during the Democratic National Convention. Bonus: Nortec's concert is the nightcap on the Museo de las Americas' annual fundraising gala, Rójole.
