Every year, hundreds of racers turn out for this four-mile Thanksgiving walk/run through Washington Park. As the crowds wend their way around the course, bystanders raise their glasses in celebration of the season, igniting the kind of community sharing that's at the root of this thankful holiday. Proceeds benefit Mile High United Way's programs to help local families with financial independence and self-sufficiency.10:15 a.m. South High School, 1700 E.
