Event: Opus' Artisanal Cheese Dinner

So often relegated to appetizer and dessert courses, cheese takes the leading role at Opus this Sunday. For a special multicourse dinner, chef Michael Long turns out plates of prime dry-aged beef with a cheddar crepe and Hawaiian tuna with Westerfield wasabi chevre, while Jackie Rebideau of Centennial's Fromage to Yours cheese shop explains the nuances of the cheeses' flavors. Wines from the Pacific Northwest's Owen Roe winery will be served with each course. Sunday 6:30 p.m., $79, 2575 W. Main St., Littleton, 303-703-6787
